A bucket list destination for me! I saw a picture of the crater in a travel book of “Off The Beaten Path” locations a long time ago. It looked like an adventure and I love my adventures.
Please note that I rented a car and drove around the entire island without any mishaps that caused damage. I did end up going down a one way road the wrong way but that doesn’t count because nobody was coming at me. All is well that ends well.
I highly recommend Jeju Island as a vacation destination with or without the kids! Stunning island, friendly people, breathtaking scenery and a lot to do.

I loved this resort ~ the location was perfect, there was a Starbucks, many stores (a lot of golf stores!) and the lid on my toilet automatically raised when I opened the door. I was obsessed.
