While in Bratislava, Slovakia, I stumbled upon a little place called Wine Not?! in the Old Town Square. I relaxed outside on the patio with a cheese plate. The waitress recommended a wine called Dunaj that is grown by the volcano.
The Dunaj grape is a red crossbreed of (Muscat Bouchet x Oporto) x Saint Laurent. Dunaj delivers smooth and silky wines with notes of blueberries, pickled sour cherries, chocolate and coffee.
If your local wine store has Slovakian wine, give this one a go! I recommend!
