Canadians do not require a visa to enter the Schengen Area member countries. The gist is within the last 180 day period, you’re allowed to spend 90 days in a Schengen member country. For longer trips, you’ll need to track your days spent in the Schengen area. Don’t worry, of course there’s an app for that! See Schengen Visa Info for detailed information.
Government of Canada Travel Advice and Advisories contains information for all countries including entry and exit requirements. Canadians do not require a Visa for European countries with the exception of Belarus and Russia. Canadians can stay for up to 5 days Visa free in Belarus if they arrive/depart from Minsk airport. See Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus for more information. A Visa is required for Russia.
