The End to End Trail is a walk from Land’s End in Cornwall to John o’ Groats in Scotland. These are the 2 points that are the furthest apart in the UK.
The walk is 1956 km (1215 miles) and can be done in about 61 days if you’re hiking about 32 km a day.
There is a book and I already have it (is anyone surprised?).
I have been to Land’s End, but Inverness is the furthest north I’ve been in Scotland (not counting Isles of Harris and Lewis).
There are signposts at each end and I already have a picture of me at the Land’s End sign.
Who’s coming with me?
