Cheonjeyeon Waterfalls & Seonimgyo Bridge

Located on Jeju Island is a three-tier waterfall called Cheonjeyeon Waterfalls.  High above is Seonimgyo Bridge.  Cheonjeyeon means “Pond of the Emperor of Heaven” or “Pond of God”.  According to Korean legend, seven nymphs would descend from the heavens at night and bathe in the waterfall’s pond.

The area was well laid out and cost 2,000 KRW (South Korean Won) to enter and the trail is about 1.6 km.
